Welcome girls!
I’m so excited you’ve chosen this unique study and interactive experience for yourself and or your group of friends. If you are going through You’re Designed to Shine on your own, you will need one leaders guide and one workbook. If you are going through it as a group, you will need one leaders guide for the leader and enough workbooks so that each girl in your group has their own copy.
During our time together you’ll join with other girls all over the world in an exciting adventure of discovering that they are designed to shine! You and your group of friends will be encouraged to:
Explore your dreams the dreams you have for your life
Discover the unique way you shine
Travel with a supportive pod of friends
Recognize pearls for your journey
Learn to exchange gifts with your Designer and
Ride the wave of God’s dream for your life
The Workbook has several sections per chapter:
Pearl Girls_ Inspirational Quotes and Messages
Story_Portions of Christina’s story take from Ocean Star.
Reflections_ Time to look at your own life, where you have been, where you are, where you want to go.
Create your Life_Integrating art and creativity in designing the lessons you want to remember.
Express Yourself_Tracking your journey by creating a prayer page based on God’s Truth for your life.
Each chapter you will be encouraged to answer and create your pages considering these questions:
Rejoice: What do I have to be thankful for?
Rebuild: How do I struggle with this?
Renew: Look at my life through the eyes of truth. What does the Bible say?
Repair: What is God asking me to work on? What am I asking God to do in me?
Restore: What have I learned from this? How will I adjust my life to God’s truth?
Remember: What symbol or image will help me remember this?
Role Models: Who shines this truth for me? How?
Ripple: Who can I shine for? How?
Step one: Purchase one Leaders Guide for the leader and enough Workbooks for each girl in your group.
